About the Program
OC Batbusters Legacy Slama is an elite Class of 2029 travel softball program built on relentless preparation, elite competition, and developing athletes who are ready to compete at the next level.
Our Mission
We develop complete athletes — on the field and off. Every player in our program is pushed to reach her ceiling through elite coaching, high-level competition, and a culture that demands accountability and excellence. Our goal is simple: put every athlete in the best possible position to earn a college scholarship and succeed at the next level.
Program Pillars
Elite Competition
We compete at the highest level — PGF Nationals, USA Softball Nationals, and premier showcase events where college coaches come to recruit.
Player Development
Individual skill development is at the core of everything we do. Position-specific coaching, film study, and year-round training keep our athletes ahead of the curve.
Academic Excellence
We hold our athletes to the same standard in the classroom as on the field. Strong GPAs and test scores open doors — we help our players walk through them.
Team Culture
Winning is a byproduct of culture. We build teams that compete for each other, hold each other accountable, and leave every program they enter better than they found it.
